About Imperium

Owner and founder of Imperium Consulting Gregg Schuster has dedicated the last 15 years to municipal management and helping communities. He began his local government journey when he was elected as one of the youngest First Selectmen (Mayor) in Connecticut. Since then, he has been honored to serve many communities as a municipal leader. Gregg has managed small boroughs with two employees up to large towns with over 300 employees and budgets exceeding $50 million. He has been honored to lead:

Gregg has a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Besides municipal management, his journey has led him to become an instrument rated private pilot, a youth ice hockey coach, and a survivor of stomach cancer. He lives with his family in Doylestown, PA.
